Click the "Register" button at the top right corner of the website, fill in basic details such as your username, email address or phone number, and a password of your choice. Verify your phone number via the OTP code sent by SMS, then complete your profile information. Your account will be immediately active and ready to use upon successful verification.

The mas9 KYC process requires the following documents to verify your identity:
  • Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back
  • Bank statement or proof of address dated within the last 3 months
  • A selfie holding your MyKad (for further verification if requested)
Documents must be clear, uncut and all information must be legible. Verification is typically completed within 1 to 24 business hours.

No, each user is only permitted to hold one mas9 account. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is a violation of our platform's Terms and Conditions. mas9 does not charge any withdrawal fees for local bank transfers and Malaysian e-wallets. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be subject to a small network fee (gas fee) determined by the respective blockchain network, not by mas9. Please ensure your withdrawal amount meets the minimum limit of RM 50 per transaction.

A withdrawal may be rejected for several common reasons:
