MAS9 Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

01Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the MAS9 website accessible via mas9.win including all subdomains, mobile applications, and related services.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the MAS9 platform.
• "Game Credits" refers to the balance in your MAS9 account that can be used to participate in games available on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, cashback, or other rewards granted by MAS9 to members subject to the specified terms.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which is the mandatory identity verification procedure that all members must complete.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.

References to "we" or "MAS9" refer to the management of the MAS9 platform. All these terms are subject to the laws in force in Malaysia.

02Account Registration

To fully use MAS9's services, you are required to register a valid account. The registration process is free and open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Be a private individual and not a company or business entity.
• Have never previously held a MAS9 account that was closed or suspended due to a terms violation.
• Provide true, accurate, and complete information during the registration process.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all credit balances.

03Deposits & Withdrawals

MAS9 supports a range of payment methods suited for Malaysian users. All financial transactions are subject to the following policies:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as stated on the Withdrawal page of the platform.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly. Any delays are beyond MAS9's control and may be attributed to the payment provider.
• Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated on the Withdrawal page, subject to successful KYC verification.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a verified account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name. MAS9 does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• MAS9 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes without prior notice.

04Bonuses & Promotions

MAS9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that must be met before any bonus funds may be withdrawn:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements that must be completed within the stipulated period.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.
• Bonus funds and real money are held separately. Real money will be used first in every game unless otherwise stated.
• Promotion abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts, using a VPN to disguise location, opposing wagers (arbitrage), and coordinating among members to farm bonuses, all of which are strictly prohibited.

05Game Rules

All games available at MAS9 are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent auditors. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and fair to all players.

• Specific rules for each game are stated in the relevant game help section.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, MAS9 reserves the right to void the round and return the wager to the member.
• Outcomes produced by the MAS9 system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• Members are not permitted to use any software, automated scripts, or other methods that could provide an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the gaming system will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated wins.

06Member Responsibilities

As a MAS9 member, you are fully responsible for the following:

• Ensure that all information provided during registration and profile updates is accurate and up to date.
• Keep your password and account login details confidential. MAS9 shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from the disclosure of a password by the member themselves.
• Understand and comply with local laws regarding online gambling applicable in your area of residence.
• Play responsibly and within your financial means. MAS9 encourages the use of the play limit tools provided.
• Report immediately to MAS9 if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

07Account Closure & Suspension

MAS9 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Use of automated software or unfair methods in gameplay.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the MAS9 customer support team. Any valid credit balance will be returned to the member subject to applicable withdrawal terms.

08Privacy & Data Protection

MAS9 takes our responsibility to protect members' personal data seriously. All information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy MAS9 which forms part of these terms.

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, and legal compliance.
• MAS9 will not sell or disclose members' personal data to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

• Members have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements.

09Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MAS9 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by the member as a result of gaming activity.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond MAS9's control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or actions by authorities.
• Losses arising from a member's own negligence in maintaining the security of their account.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages regardless of the cause of such claim.

MAS9's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the MAS9 platform shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Members are required to first contact the MAS9 customer support team to seek an amicable resolution.
2. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent arbitrator.
3. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.
